All reschedule requests must be made at least in advance of the scheduled appointment.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted and may result in the forfeiture of your booking fee.
Appointments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Payment Terms
Your data is stored and processed in MY and retained for Indefinitely or as long as necessary to fulfill our business obligations or legal requirements.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds, if applicable, are provided based on the type of service and timing of cancellation.
However, booking fees are strictly non-refundable.
To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least in advance.
Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of fees or deposits.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials provided on our website and during service delivery remain the intellectual property of Dr. Alyssa Azlan.
